Fields Mappings Features :

  • On successfull authorization, required field mapping of zoho modules will be done automatically with the WooCommerce base field.

Manual and Automatic Synchronization Features :

  • For customers, when a new user with a customer role registers, the system will automatically synchronize their data according to the selected synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • When a user with a customer role is updated, the system will check for associated Zoho Modules IDs. If these IDs exist, it will update the customer details based on the specified synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • Regarding orders, when a new order is created, it will be synchronized based on the configured synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • For order updates, the system will perform synchronization operations (additions or updates) in accordance with the selected synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • As for products, when new products are added via the admin dashboard, they will undergo synchronization as per the chosen synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • The synchronization process can also be initiated manually by the admin using the synchronization tab. Manual synchronization will follow the synchronization settings and field mapping options.
  • Automatic synchronization will operate based on the synchronization settings, field mapping options, and any hooks associated with WooCommerce modules.

Manual Upload via WordPress Admin :

  • Navigate to the Plugins section and choose Add New from the menu.
  • At the top of the screen, locate and press the Upload Plugin button.
  • From your local filesystem, pick the wp-smart-zoho-integration.zip file. Initiate the installation process by clicking the Install Now button.
  • Upon successful installation, a confirmation message reading “Plugin installed successfully” will appear.
  • Proceed by clicking the Activate Plugin button found at the bottom of the page. Complete the necessary configurations and authorize your Zoho account.
